Well we are beginning to feel that Cumberland and the Comox Valley is our home. Larry and I have joined the gym in Cumberland and try to go at least 5 times a week.

There is a nice long walking path that goes along the river in Courtenay. We have been meeting Bill and Marilyn at the Airpark and after a good hard walk we have lunch at the Park Cafe.

This is a photo of the Cumberland Air Park with the Beaufort Mountain Range in the background. It is here where we love to do our 4-5 KM daily walks. The left side borders on the ocean, the right on the Comox River. If you look carefully, you can see the walking path on both left and right sides.
